No. Viagra is taken by a man to keep the natural decay of his erection from happening quickly. It only impacts a specific hormone that needs to be prevented from working at a specific time. None of that can cause a woman to have a miscarriage.

Women should not handle any medication for men like viagra, avodart, propecia, etc. that deal with hormones. They can cause birth defects in a male babies and possible other complications. Even if you are carrying a female baby it is best to steer clear of the medication.
