we're very close... i luv ma parents although we dont share the same ideas u know! but i luv ma family!!

You should ask everyone's age when they answer this question.
At age 37, I now have a pretty good relationship with my parents, but I put them through a lot. I definitely could NOT have said that when I was a teenager. Because of that, my mom and I are never going to be like friends, but we have a pretty good fairly formal relationship.
My 17-year-old daughter and I have a much better relationship than my parents and I ever did. Not to be cruel to them or sound petty, but I learned what not to do as well as what to do from my parents. My daughter and I are very close.

Yeah, I tell my mom everything. She is pretty understanding about alot of things. It could be because she is a younger mother, I don't know. I never would have thought to tell her some of the things I've told her. It's actually really weird now that I think about it.
My dad, on the other hand, is a slightly different story! :)

Yep, I get along A LOT more with my mom, then with my dad. But I do get along with both.

Very Much. It wasn't until I became a young adult that we started getting along real well.

Yea! I love my parents. I turn the deaf ear when I disagree with them, though.

heck ya i do! i love my parents, i mean i know that maybe they could be pretty harsh, but i know that in the end i will thank them some day, because i know that if they ground me or yell at me then, ya, i'll wish they wern't my parents, but i always come to know that its for the best!!
