sure,i know of black people with blue eyes,kinda spooky actually,but yes, know of about three different black people with blue eyes,mine are a light green and i am black too

Yes, but that would be possible medical condition, ocular albinism, with poor sight.
Or Cucasian relatives in the past. Genetics mutation.
But don't mistake that inbreeding and genetics = purity, no such things.
