Just get the Torque Bow and the Lancer. Walk outside and cover. Shoot him with the Torque Bow and when it explodes it will scare the Kryll away. Then just unload on him with the Lancer. When the Kryll come back just repeat until RAAM dies. Hope that works :]

What you do is either use the torqe bow (not sure on spelling) and that will hurt it through the bats. The other way is to go into the shadow then back to light (this will make the bats leave him to go after you). You can not hurt him while the bats swarm him.

or you could try to sneak your way around to the troika on the front of the train and unload on him( make sure you let go of the troika when the kryyl begin to come your way or you will die quickly)
