Usually the dreams means the opposite of what the dream is about.

Any rate, IMO - You need to be cautious about him. I not sure that his penis being burnt means he has a diease. Just be caustious.

Well dreams could be something hidden in ur subconsious part of ur mind. Dreaming about the guy could mean that u really like him, which leads u to dream bout him because he is on ur mind. his penis being burnt coouold mean that u may be scared of becomin intimate with him or it could hav jus been a really bad dream

usually, anything burnt means, death...so maybe hes got some kind of decease or cant have kids, or maybe you just need to forget about having any kind of sexually relationship with him, just stay friends!!
