Yes. it is the same dimension as the regular cd. it would read but wont play unless you run the CD by emulation. If you mean playstation cd as in PS1 than it is cd format. if you mean PS2 cd it is dvd and you would need dvd rom on your laptop.

Yes you can. You can also put them in your CD player and lession to the music on some playstation disks. (skip the secrity tracks (I know that they are data tracks for the smart asses out there)). Playstation disks are just CDs. If you which to play games you will need a emlator which is legal.

Nope, unless you have a playstation emulator. If you do you might as well use an iso file instead of the cd game itself they work better

one way i know you can make it happen is by downloading a psx emulator, that allows you to play actual playstation games, try www.emulatorworld the best emulator in my opinion is epsxe emulator for the playstation one for playstation 2 pcsx, for that one go to pcsx home site they tell you all the differnt files you need to make them work hopefully this will work for you i have been doing it for a while now and love it, oh by the way you also can play a lot of retro games too, in the form of roms and isos that you use with the emulators to play on your laptop or pc.
