Several species of raptors eat ducks. I have personally seen a Snowy Owl (Nyctea scandiaca) eat an American Black Duck.

The duck doesn't have one specific "natural enemy", but there are lots of predators: crocodiles, foxes, hawks, large fish, etc.

for the moment, i think avian flu or H5N1 is the terrible natural enemy for domestic and wild birds including ducks.
