The articel sites DNA tests were returned, with several semen samples from the victim, and none of the matched any players. A thought, could her pregnancy be motive for a lie?

For instance, if in fact, there was more than one semen sample, as the article mentions, including her boyfriend at the time, is there a motive for her to make up a rape to explain a reason to her boyfriend that he was not the father, and it has gotten out of control?

Or do you think it was a coincidence, and theyve got the right guys?

Time for the DA to be removed from office for abuse of power. This is a clear case of abuse of power from the get-go.

Of course you don't get semen up in her junk if you wear a condom. Whether or not these guys raped her, there is no forensic way that she can prove it. Given, these guys were REALLY stupid and these ladies at best were bad dancers and at worst were extorsionist hookers. Advice for the Duke guys: Go to a strip club next time...

It happens all to often.
It sounds like a cover up to me. A lot of women don't realize when they falsly accuse a guy of rape, it destroys the guys life. Even if he isn't found guilty. The whole public knows.

I think she is finding an excuse for sleeping around.

I thought it was funny that Rev Sharpton and Jackson both "supported her" claiming that this was a "black thing".

Yes, it turned out they were right.

It was obvious that something was wrong when the guy she accused showed a reciept from a teller machine and a reciept from a drive through during the time she said it happened.

She couldn't keep her story right. and all the time these innocent kids were prevented from playing.
Question: were the accused students allowed to go to class???

Looks pretty apparent that the girls got screwed, then got screwed out of some money, then tried to use rape against them to get even.

I mean they tested every guy there and even ID'ed a guy that wan't even there.

Too bad they won't proscecute the girls for filing a false report.

I think this whole case is sad and unimportant. Hiring a stripper is not an admirable thing to do. Being a stripper is not an admirable thing to do. There's no good reason for the public to be paying attention to this case.

each time a DA pushes like this one whilst it particularly is hardship-unfastened know-how She is mendacity he must be held to blame for damages to the defendants and the fee of the malicious prosecution. Too undesirable it had to be a racial ingredient. There are good and undesirable in each and every race and letting race grow to be an argument is erroneous. human beings additionally would desire to verify the makeup of the grand jury that back an indictment.

the whole thing just gets me pissed off, with all the rape cases that occur, this women is disgraceful for lying, since she obviously did (even her friend said so), it is ridiculous for her to make claims about rape. I know it's a touchy subject, but it seems with the little evidence that she just wanted attention or money.

I don't know much about the case, but from what you said it sounds more than reasonable, you even have some facts to support your conclusion.

She was a hooker. It probably was from one of the SEVERAL dna samples found inside her. No dna was found from the defendants.
