Drivers found to exceed the UK alcohol limits are usually automatically given a minimum one-year disqualification. You could also find yourself paying a fine of up to £5,000 and/or up to six months imprisonment.
A subsequent offence within 10 years will result in a minimum disqualification of three years and the possibility of the driving licence being revoked.

Depends on several factors. If its a first offence and he wasn't heavily over the limit, then he can expect a minimum of 12 months ban and a heavty fine to boot. Thereafter his insurance premiums will be astronomical.

Depends on whether it is his first offense or not. Some states take your license for 6 months is all. Plus he will have to pay a fine. And go to the 5 hr. driving course. If it is more that his first , he will have to do jail time.
