Ok, so my grandmother is on television every day at the local news station. She met Billy Ray a long time ago and almost everybody exept my cousin,brother, and me have met someone famous and I want to be like them. PLEASE!!!!

That could TECHNICALLY be classified as being a stalker...even if, by some chance, you managed to get her cell phone number, do you think you could really ring her, go 'Hi, I think you're so cool!' and she'd just invite you over?
If you really want to meet celebrities, go to premieres for movies or live concerts and musicals, then hang around at the Stage Door for an autograph. Finding out a celebrity's personal number over the internet is never going to happen.
