Tell her that while you enjoy and value her as a friend, you have no interest in being anything more than that. And that her hitting on you makes you feel uncomfortable; you'd rather just hang out and be friends as always.

Be totally blunt with her & say that you aren't into that or if you are bi & just not into her tell her point blank that you don't see her that way that she's too much of a good friend to mess things up.

You would only be mean if you over react or lie to her.
Simply tell her that she is a good friend but that you are not attracted to her. Honesty goes a long way!

just tell her you're not into that and you're only turned on by guys.
Just say "Look, I like you as a friend, but females don't do anything for me, and I don't want to try it just to see either."
Just let her know that you don't want to hurt her feelings, but that it makes you uncomfortable.
