As time passed very slowly while you were locked in the basement, you only count 1/2 of the time you were there.

No! If anyone asks how old you are, you tell them the length of time you have been out of the basement. This is a great way of dating twenty-something females! You wouldn't feel guilty of going for women too young for you as it is your reward for putting up a basement for 15 years.
Be any age you like! Why not! As long as you don't hang-around with children, you'll be alright!

Yes, because you were alive. Your chronological age should include those 15 years. However, being locked in a basement probably would have stunted your emotional development age. So just ask whoever is asking the question which age they are talking about.

Well, I would say no as you were not able to 'experience' life.
I am looking at this question in a simply logical manner
Therefore, it would follow, if a person lost the memory of their life...say from some sort of accident...then they too would not count the years of memory they lost when asked their age....so you have lots to ponder here.
Now I sincerely hope your parents did not do this to you....tell me it isn't so...regards...

Age is measured in years after you are born. It does not matter where those years were spent. Therefore you count those years.

Yes, because you were alive during those years. What you did in that fifteen years is irrelevant. They still count.
