1-A pitcher throws to first base to pickoff the runner,the ball is un-touched and flys into the stands.

2-same thing as above,except...the ball deflects off the firstbasemans glove and goes into stands.

where does runner on first advance on both?

The base-runner would get 1 base in both scenarios.Now if the pitcher step-ed off the pitching rubber first the base-runner would get 2 bases.Deflecting off a players glove has nothing to do with the bases awarded.The rule is 1 from the mound 2 from the field

1-A: If the pitcher did not disengage the rubber, it's a one-base award for all runners. If the pitcher did disengage the rubber, it's a two-base award for all runners.

2: See above.

A one-base award would put the runner on second. A two-base award would put him on third.

Second both times-errors and the ball leaves play, so he can't run farther.
