As I work with many black men, their conversations almost always include using "mother-f**er". Whether it is sports, politics, the job in general, it's always the mother-f**er this, the mother-f**er that, this mother-f**ing thing, etc.

I have asked them. They get upset and say I'm a racist for asking about it. Does truth hurt?

I can understand how you'd be classified as a racist if you approach someone with the words "Why do Black Men....yada yada yada." It's not just black men that do this.
I work in corporate America in a predominantly Caucasian office - we don't have a single African American male and guess what - I hear "motherf**cker" - "bullsh*t" and every other curse word from the mouths of my coworkers all day - yet when I go home or socialize with my African American friends I don't hear these words.
I don't go to my co-workers and ask "Why do white men say curse words?" And I don't go to other people who aren't of color and ask them to speak on behalf of the white men in my office. I don't classify a foul mouth as a trait associated with one particular culture or race - that's not right or ethical.
It's not about race, it's just a matter of the person's personality. It's about perhaps the company they keep and often times the limits of their vocabulary.
But in no way would it be right to voice its all a 'certain race' if that were the case - based off of this question the world could go around asking why is it everyone who's not black are always initiating racist and ignorant questions - that wouldn't be fair or truthful now would it? I didn't think so.

Why do white men focus on the negative in black society and ignore all the blacks in the President's cabinet, on Wall Street, in the media, in education, in medicine, in business, etc that don't use those terms. It's a cultural thing that pertains to the lower middle class and blue collar whites usually. Maybe you need to work at a different level where this doesn't go on but even middle class workers curse.

To say "It's not a race thing" is dodging the issue. The reason is cultural. You grow up with all your friends & family saying "MF this & MF that, & I ain't gonna do a MF-ing thing, etc." & you're going to use it too. The same reason I say certain phrases. I was raised that way! By the way, I'm black.

You are asking a racist question - pure and simple.
Every other English speaking race uses that phrase.
It's not just black men.....
"Does truth hurt?" Quit talking like an 8th grader!!!

Why are you people so obsessed with black people. There are always numerous questions about black people on Yahoo Answers and they are all negative. Does it make you motherf**ers feel superior? If it offends you why don't you find the balls to tell them.

I don't think that it has much to do with their color.
I know a lot of people that speak that way, but it's because they are used to it... It's more like a slang. It is inappropriate, but it's their current way of speaking...
There's the white girl stereotype... those that say "OH... MY... GOD" or "LIKE yesterday I went to see this guy because LIKE he's so cute and LIKE..." it's annoying, but that's their current way of speaking.
I actually know girls that are not white that speak that way and girls tha are white that don't.

Lack of vocabulary, so they and others that use foul language have to use that type of language to fill in that gaps. Also those that have to use it as much as they do just have no class.
