A really large home made hamburger that is as large as the bread its put on, with a thinly sliced onion (also as large as the bread), and covered with bread and butter pickles! Yummy!!
Then, maybe a small dish of homefries and green peppers and onions, smothered in ketchup...
A tall cold glass of milk to top off a wonderful breakfast!
Yea, that would just about do it!!.....

2 pints of hot Green Tea, my favorite is called "gunpowder" ( not that lemon flavored crap) with honey. 1 apple. 2 slices of toasted whole wheat bread with real butter. Large glass of O.J. and 1 bowl of shredded wheat lightly sweetened with maple syrup.

3 eggs (1 yolk) w/ bell peppers, tomato, mushroom, brocolli all w/some garlic powder, bit of salt and 1 whole wheat toast!!!!
