Yes, I have a friend of a friend who is still thinks 'punk' is alive and well. Unwashed leathers, permanent mohican, heavy earrings ripping at the ears and boots with metal caps bolted on. He's almost 40 and quite frankly, it's time to move on but I don't judge the man as he is quite intelligent and pleasant to be around otherwise.

Yes, but not since I was in my teens. Or actually that's not true....now and then when I was dating in my 20's, I'd feel a little embarrassed by someone I was with. Not as much as when I was in my teens though.

These days I wouldn't be embarrassed by the persons looks, but my husband has been known to embarrass me at times with things he says or does. Like he referred to his last car as "Kitt." I'm not sure why that bothered me; maybe because it just seems geeky.

But the embarrassment doesn't go as deep these days either.

Yes, a very drunk person who has turned mean and abusive. There is NEVER a good reason for that! And it certainly goes waaaaay past the point where any of it is funny.

Actually, only one... an in-law of in-laws of my brother's in-law. I drove her to a shop once. She was so obese and overall badly dressed, people stared and younger people laughed.
I felt badly about it, but she was really dressed down.
Please don't take me wrong, a large person can be well dressed, well mannered, and have a regal carriage. This person did not.

Yes i don't think there is a good exscuse for it though as it makes you look like a toffee nose and as though you are superior to that person, which can't be true, and you should be head strong enough to take anyone else's jibes and just shrug them off, F**k what anyone else thinks, just go for it life's too short.

Yes, it was my ex-wife. She was a loud-talker in public, and that's just rude.
