Im in Alaska and its 8:00 AM here and 6:00 PM In Paris.
PST-9:00 AM--6:00 PM Paris 10 Hrs Ahead
MST-10:00--6:00 PM Paris 9Hrs Ahead
CST-11:00--6:00 PM Paris 8 Hrs Ahead
EST-12:00--6:00 PM Paris 7 Hours Ahead

and so on...

Paris is GMT+1 from november to end of march
and GMT+2 from april to end of october

That depends upon where you are. Paris is UTC +1.
