Usually, the best way to do that is to actually tell him straight when you guys have spent some time in bed together and you've had some foreplay and are almost ready for it.
Nothing like looking him right in the eye, and telling him how you'd like for him to be. I think it is very sensual and erotic to be expressive in bed.

Easy - get naked. It's hard for any man to say no when the woman is already undressed. When he comes home from work call him into the bedroom. Be waiting for him naked and on all fours on the bed with your @$$ sticking up in air like you are in heat. If he doesn't pounce on you he's gay - end of story. Good luck!
