Mostly harm.

Good--appointment of conservatives to the bench. There is a good balance, yet, of liberals, moderates and conservatives.

AAARGH I have to respond to this post further down

He's pushed through tax cuts for all tax paying Americans. (WHICH BENEFITED THE WEALTHIEST AMERICANS AND BUSTED THE FEDERAL BUDGET).
Passed the largest health care entitlement program to appease the liberals (IT WAS NOT APPEASING THE LIBERALS. IT WAS WRITTEN BY THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES AND OUTLAWED THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FROM NEGOTIATING CHEAPER PRESCRIPTION PRICES).
Governed over a successful and thriving economy. (WORST ECONOMIC RECOVERY IN 60 YEARS). Removed a genocidal dictator that killed over 100,000 Kurds in his own country during the al-Anfal campaign and gassed hundreds more Kurds that same year. (AT A COST OF SEVERAL TRILLION DOLLARS, THIS WAR WAS STARTED ON A LIE, DID NOT HAVE THE SUPPORT OF THE UNITED NATIONS, CONVENIENTLY LEFT OUT THAT HUSSEIN WAS BEING CONTAINED BY UN SANCTIONS AND THE NO-FLY ZONE, AND WAS BEING MONITORED BY THE US). He sent OBL into hiding and made it so he was incapable of masterminding further terrorist attacks. Prevented further attacks on US soil since 9-11. (OBL IS NOT DEAD, EVEN AFTER BUSH DECLARED "WE'LL TAKE HIM DEAD OR ALIVE." HE DID NOT HEED THE WARNINGS OF SECURITY OFFICES OF FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS AND DID NOT DECLARE THAT US AIRPORTS BE ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF ALERT. 9/11 COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED).
Umm.... he's done more harm than good.

This is interesting

At the moment I can't think of anything good that Bush has done.

Maybe if we read all the answers and you re-post the question later today we can find some redeeming value.

Would you like some cheese with your whine?

When did it become the popular thing to do to complain about the President--- every day? People used to have a shred of respect for the office and the man, even those who disagreed. Now everybody wants to whine about his every move.

Give the man some respect. He's not the bumbling jerk you make him out to be. He is doing what he believes is right for this country. You or I don't have a clue of the stress he goes through every day, some of it before we ever roll out of bed, no doubt.

Look at it this way: He's only in office for another year or so. Think you can manage that long?

Its obvious he's done more harm than good. Look at all the children who don't have fathers any more thanks to his little war in Iraq. As far as redeeming qualities, the only one that comes to mind is that he's probably good to his dog, Barney.

I think he has done more good. His redeeming qualities is that he appoints very good support teams and he is true to his word even if his decisions are not popular. You know what you are going to get because he does what he says.

Afghanistan was the right move.

He hasn't relapsed that we know of despite intense pressure - that's good I suppose.

He's made Jimmy Carter look really good.

And never forget - if it weren't for the Shrub we would still have a Republican House and Senate. We owe the man a tremendous debt.

Yes. He's shown calm in the mist of a crisis. Did you see his face during his school visit during the onset of 911?

He's been the 'decider'. Enough said.

He's consistant. Look at all the folks he shoves under the bus, and continues to shove under the bus. He also looks and sounds like an idiot at times, no matter how you adjust your set.
