shouldn't this question be posted in the engineering section?
area=63400/4350
side=sq.rt. of 63000/4350 inch
=3.81 inch

Total square inches is 63,400/4350=14.57 in^2
So each side is sqrt(14.57) inches
= approximately 3.82 inches
