Sounds like Ocarina of Time.
Go to the official website: http://www.zelda.com
Then select The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time from the menu on the left and click on of the logos that appears to enter the site.

Once the window has opened up, you can access walkthroughs for the area you're having problems with.
