how hard is it to damage your breast or stop them growing

If you are already big and still growing, you can't stop them from getting bigger.

You should be done growing in your early 20's.

If you are huge (like I was, 38J), then you can talk to your doctor and plastic surgeon about breast reduction surgery. I went from a 38J to a 38C and do not regret it one bit (had it done in Feb '06).

LoL can't stop them from growing and damage them ? im not sure i understand what you mean by damage them. Don't do anything that will hurt yourself because no matter what you do to them they will not stop growing until your body is ready to stop.
