Adult spiders are solitary animals so collective nouns are not really applicable to them.. Their young, however, hang together for a bit so I suppose a "nest" of spiders would be the most appropriate description.

Spiders aren't social animals, so they don't get the names that social animals do, like school, herd, gaggle.
A bunch of spiders is just a bunch i guess.
