First thing: Forgive her wholly for her indiscretions. Forgiveness has to be genuine, or it won't work. Learn to trust her again. Give her no reason to step outside of your marriage. That doesn't mean to follow her or track her every movement, or call her 50 times a day. What that means is, ask her what she wants from you, then provide it. I bet it's not that much that she wants from you.

People don't go into affairs for the sex, they go into them because of how they feel about themselves when they are with the other person. Obviously, she wasn't feeling very good about herself with you, or she wouldn't have stepped out on you.

Find out where her head is, have a heart to heart conversation with her, with no distractions. Ask her what she wants from you, what she needs from you, then give it to her, until she is happy again. Good luck.

Tell her to show you that she CAN be trusted its not your fault you dont trust her in the first place.TRY and talk to a church chaplen. Then you can take it from there,Comminicate with her and see what the both of you can do to save the marriage. If none of the obove work then its time to let her go!

if she wants out, there is nothing you can do. you cannot hold one who doesn't want to be held.

Please go to counseling before one of you gets emotionally detached (indifferent, apathetic)! Once that happens, its hopeless.
