where can i buy a peruvian guinea pig?

i want a guinea pig it has to be a peruvian one, their hair goes past the floor and grows on top their head you can put bows in it. i can't find them in pet shops around here or in ad's in the papper. where can i find one?

ask a local pet trainer or groomer were u can look for one
