Its great tactics. For example it works wonders when you are stopped by a traffic cop for speeding. But you have to be a woman and the cop must be a man.

absolutely. A person who seems wise all the time seems then also to be without flaws, and a person who to be without flaws also seems to be a person who is then distrusted. Being foolish also keeps you young at heart!

I think it's wise to BE foolish at times. If not we/I get so damn full of ourselves that life has no fun at all.

no...i don't think its wise to pretend to be a fool when you are not. Stop listening to the person that told you that. I think its okay to be silly and have a sense of humor but the technical term for fool is quite different than that.
