It makes sense to me!
"If you cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen" is a common phrase.
And to substitue kitchen with Bitching makes sense. As if you cant stand the bitching, then stop doing it! (or am I slightly confusded)

bitching has nothing to do with heat , so the metaphor would not transfer. The original was If you cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen, kitchens of course being hot when meals are being made etc. Complaining or bitching is purely annoyance, there is rarely any heat or debate its just one person venting.

No. Not in the fcuking least. How do you get out of "the bitching"? What, exactly, is "the bitching"? Is it a place? If you said "get out of the bitching business", that would make a little more sense. But as it is, no, it's stupid.
