at some point soon.. is it a waste of time for me to go into massage therapy?
i'm thinking of taking general ed courses to gain an associate degree..in I think liberal arts..but i dont know where that would get me either..
i guess my question is when school is all over, could both careers work somehow for me?

Absolutely do both assuming they both appeal to you. Unless you want to become a teacher it is unlikely a liberal arts degree is going to get you a great career. I once worked with a man cleaning carpets who mentioned more than once that he had four year college degree but I don't know in doing what. Yet, he was cleaning carpets. I have an associates degree in business and am working in a manufacturing plant as a janitor. I've had other jobs offered but believe it or not, they don't pay well enough for me to quit this one. Massage is a usefull talent in many ways and can be very lucrative. These days, without a degree in Engineering or similar a college education is not going to guarantee a great job, especially an associates. Goood luck!
