dude look for various ad in news paper and net.there are various walk-in interview arranged by all the call center's like spectramind,convergys etc. basic written exam is there and then 1 or 2 personal interview.the most important thing is u r vocabulary and how comfortable u r with english.

Domestic call centre is work in a particular area like in a country,in a state while international call centre is not work in any particular area. it can work more than one country or can be all over the world.

well I i have to say is have a great resume and you know profolio with ure awards in it and ure recommendation letters and stuff that u have done over the years that has been really good and dress all profesionally when u go for the go and arrive like 10 min early it always helps and good luck

Learn to speak English fluently. I am sure with all our American companies sending our jobs that way you should pick up something in no time.
