That life and love can happen no matter how old your are. That fun doesn't end when you're a kid, it gets even better if you focus when you're older. That his wisdom can make her wiser than other 37 year old women. That her strength and determination can make him want to live life to the fullest again. That beauty and caring is pure and not dependent on age, rules or stipulations. That leaving a legacy can begin between any two people so long as they are in sync with each others heart!

The women may see a variety of things, she may want to be treated like the baby and pampered. She may have loved her grandfather and this man reminds her of him. She could also be looking for security (financially).
She may be fulfilling a fantasy.
The man may see a trophy (look guys what I've got). He would feel young again having her around and doing fun stuff. He may also see he could never get away with it, if it toke place 20 years ago.
For sure he can't take take his money when he dies, so what the hell not leave it to her, she's there taking care of him.

Well maybe they love each other it can happen. My husband and I well.... I'm 24 and he's 46 so thats quit the age difference but age aint nothing but a number.

I don't know. When I was 42 I briefly dated this guy who was 59. It was kind of strange.. like he reminded me of my grandfather...
We went to can cun and we had sex once.. I don't know.. he fell hard in love with me, but he was just of another generation.
He was nice and smart, but I was not ready for that.. AND I don't want to take care of someone in their older years while I am still young.
But, if you find love, you find love, and that is a wonderful gift.

ching, ching comes to mind...but w/out knowing his financial status and their personalities its hard to say.
Some women really dig older guys...its a turn on for them.
