No. Not ever. They make long johns and thermal underwear for the cold days. Cold is not a reason for a MAN to wear leggings.

My dad would kill me if he read this - lol.
My dad was a construction worker and all the guys wore pantyhose/leggings during the winter under their clothes because it kept their body temp up.....think of that next time you drive by construction workers on the road...
