What kind of protection did you use? If it was birth control pills, it could have happened due to the use of any anti-biotics, that happened to my best friend AND my sister.
If it was condoms, perhaps there was leakage?
Nothing is 100% except abstenance, pretty much there is a slight chance of pregnancy with most protection measures.
I hope everything works out for you.

Sometimes the condoms aren't 100% secure all the time, maybe it's broke during the act. There are in many places home pregnacy test, but these test aren't accurate after the 15 to 20 days after the relation, I personally recommend you to take a blood pregnacy test, they are 100% accurate after the 5 day of the relation, and you will know if you are pregnant or not. Good luck! ;)

Is your period late? If you are more than three days late for your period, go buy an "early" home pregnancy test, and use FIRST MORNING urine for the test. First Reponse is one of the most sensitive tests you can buy at the drug store.
ALL birth control methods ocassionally fail. But if you take birth control pills every single day at the same time of day without fail, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that you will get pregnant. If you miss even one single dose, though, your chances of pregnancy during that month go up dramatically.
You might not be pregnant, so don't stress about it. Some women imagine they are pregnant because they are so worried and get themselves all worked up for nothing. Just wait and see what the home pregnancy test says.

The only 100% protection from pregnancy is abstinence. No birth control or protection is 100%

Have you seen that friends episode where Rachel tells Ross she's pregnant and he freaks out because they used a condom? Then he finds out that condoms are only 98% effective. It's kind of like that. Why do you think you're pregnant...if you think you are take a test. That's what everyone else will say.

No protection, even having the tubes tied, is 100 percent effective. Despite what the media tells us about "safe sex," there is no such thing. There is unsafe sex, and safer sex, but anytime you're doing it, you could get pregnant unless you have had your uterus and/or ovaries removed.
Wait a week and take a test.

If you think you are pregnant take a test, and that could of happen because the condom could have broken or had a whole in it. Plus, you need to be on birth control.
