Neither. I usually listed their name, job title or relationship and phone number of their choice. Most prefer their work number since most phone calls will be done during the day. You might want to inform the referenced person that you are using their name for reference.

I agree with Monte. BUT only after you have the permission of your reference.

I would not waste space on a resume for references unless the employer you are submitting it to asks for them. It is just wasted space and sometimes, the people who screen the resumes use thickness as a disqualifier. More than two pages and you're out.

Just remember the KISS factor and you will do fine.

If it's a personal reference you put in their home address, if it's work related you put in their work address.

I just put the person's name, job title, company, and phone#.

If your company needs an address they will request it on the application.

I don't ever list addresses. Just the city and state and the phone number. It's perfectly ok.
