I have 2 auto loans with them & they constantly post the pymts on the wrong acct or post 2 pymts on one acct & nothing on the other after I have verified with them which account should be paid on & they they call me twice a day when they "can;t find my pymt" from their collections dept. Does anyone else have this problem with them??

I don't have any accounts with them but I have had this problem in the past. Why don't you try contacting the manager of the department and request an appointment. At the appointment bring with you instances of the mistakes that you are talking about, it doesn't have to be formal documentation just notes you write when it happened and who you spoke with, then ask the manger what you can do to help them keep your accounts and payments correct. This will do two things, one it will let the manager know you are keeping track of the mistakes and two it will help you later if you need to follow up. Be sure to ask if there are any "negatives" on your accounts because of their mistakes and ask for those to be removed. If you don't have the time you can do this by mail however it may not be as effective. I doubt that you will have many problems afterward if you choose to do this. but good luck.

I personally have no experiance with Wells Fargo. Why don't you sign up for Internet Banking? Each loan will be a separate account and you can make the payments online. It's much easier, you don't have to pay for postage, and you can have it direct debited from your checking account. Plus, it's probably a FREE service to you.

I have Wells Fargo and have never had a problem.
Why don't you ask them about automatic payment withdraws each month for each account?
If you have your checking account with them, this should be easy.
Saves you writing two checks each month.

CAPITAL ONE is far worse !!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them !!
If you paid it then your bank can help prove that Well Fargo cashed that check and you have nothing to worry about. Sounds like it is time to take your business elsewhere... that's what I do... running numerous businesses, when I threaten to take my business somewhere else, they jump to it and fix what ever they screwed up !!

I banked with them for a very short time. There customer service sucks and they have very bad accounting problems. they find fees for everything
