I need a handout or something condensed to hand out to employees regarding diversity in the workplace. I can not find anything! Any help will be appreciated!

Are you explaining current policy, advocating or announcing a change in policy or something else?

As the first reponse indicated, you first need an objective. What are you hoping to accomplish. A generic, "diversity is good" message is probably not worth sending whereas "we stand for diversity and therefore it will be reflected in the workplace in the following ways..." would probably work better. But not sure what you're looking for.
I would also suggest you are missing an easy answer (once you defined your objective): read other companie's websites and then just make your own documentation. MSWord and Publisher are easy to use and if the message is good the document doesn' t have to be really slick. But none of this matters if it is not a part of what the company believes and is willing to act upon.
