No. Don't let it grow long. It looks good the way it is. I like the style you have now - Keep the sideburns and the bangs in the front.

Let it grow but have it styled. There is nothing worse than a guy growing his hair looking like an over used mop, while it gets to the desired length...

I'm going to say keep it short, but you might want to try adding a bit of product to the top and giving your self a messy, ruffed up look. You have delicate features and I think longer hair would make them more sharp. Try using a touch of this (http://aveda.com/templates/products2/spp.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CATEGORY10604&PRODUCT_ID=PROD5932 ) when your hair is just a little damp. Work it through and then muss your hair a bit.

It's your hair so it's your choice but I like it the way it is. So since you asked for opinions I am going to say leave it short.

No I think you should keep it short and leave the focus on your eyes. :) If you let your hair grow out it may take away from them
