It was working fine, then it stopped. I pulled a memory stick out last night, and that is when it stopped working. I put it back in, and now my computer has no video at all. Any suggestions.

its not the video card

i know this cuz i work as a computer tech in my school

and this usually happens to us, when we dont install the memory cards correctly

so take out the memories 1 more time and put 'em back, then it should work

then go to properties of my computer and make sure u hav the same amount of memory u had before

A few things.

1. When you computer boots up does it beep? If so your memory is not properly seated, take it out and firmly press it into the slot so both of the plastic tabs (assuming this is ddr memory) pop up and into the U shaped tabs on the sides of the memory stick

2. Did you get a shock when you removed the memory or touched the computer? You may have damaged a component and you might want to try buying a new stick of memory (bring you old one in to the store so they can match it) if that's not it return it.

3. Take out the memory stick and run a pencil erasor along both sides of the gold connectors that run into the memory slot, this will clean any patina or dirt that has collected

Try resetting CMOS.

There are 2 easy ways of doing this...for Both turn off your computer, unplug the power, and open the case.

The first way is to find JP5 on your motherboard...It will be on pins 1 and 2, and there will be an extra pin numbered 3. Move the jumper from 1-2 to 2-3...leave it there for a few seconds...then move it back.

If you cannot find JP5 on your motherboard....while you were looking for that you should have seen a Watch Battery in there..remove it for a few seconds and place it back in there...

Now would be a great time to Double check and make sure that your RAM is seated correctly as well...

Plug power back in and try it....if it works....wait for PC to completely start up....then power down correctly...replace cover.

If it doesnt work...try a dedicated video card...

IF that doesnt work...your Motherboard may have died...and it is time for replacement.

Yeah if its an onboard video why use it? im sure it sucks.. get a real motherboard without those fancy onboard stuff that comes with it and get a serious Video Card =P
sorry i really dont think those onboard things are worth it...

I'd say try going back to original configuration - if it works you'll know what the problem is for sure. If not ... the you gonna have to figure out a way to update video drivers on your mobo.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
