can you buy skin's for a computer tower,i know you can buy the computer with the skin already on it thru hp,but is there some place else where u can buy them to put on your self other than skinit.com already been there.

Yes, airbrush is much cooler and better looking, but it's gonna cost you a fortune!! newegg.com or tigerdirect.com is you best bet. :)
Maybe try making your own one and show it off on one of the forums, like PC Mag, you might even win a prize ;).
