is this a good sign?

I have been slighlty bleeding dark pink for the last week but ultrasound showed babys heartbeat at 126 and no threat to the baby. I have also been having lots of nausea all day and some vomiting and still always hungry and very tired, are these good signs that my pregnancy is progressing very well and ill most likely carry my baby to term? im 7 weeks..

Keep an eye on the bleeding some women bleed all through the pregnancy. If the doc says things look ok then don't worry. I'v known women who have regular periods the whole time they are pregnant. 3 months or twelve weeks is the golden rule. They say if you make it to 12 weeks your chances of miscarriage greatly decrease and you can relax you are halphway their. Cramping will come from your uterus stretching. Just curious but how did they get the heartbeat at 7 weeks mine didn't surface till 11 weeks

I had some spotting very early on in my first pregnancy and carried to term. My doctor said it could have been b/c the baby was making a very secure attachment to the ueterine wall. An endovaginal ultrasound showed his heartbeat and I was only 5 weeks plus a few days pregnant. Being sick is supposed to be a good sign, if that helps.....

If doc says its ok, try not to worry. Try reading a good book about being pregnant. Try "What To Expect When You're Expecting"

spotting is normal during pregnancy, especially if the doctor has already said everything is fine.

If its something new you should inform them so they can atleast have it on record.

Your other symptoms are just regular parts of pregnancy. no worries.

Call your doctor whenever you're concerned, its what he's there for.
