I wear tie's because i like the way they look on me and I think it make's me look differant from other girls. But some people think that its "punk" for a girl to wear a tie, and i'm not a punk because I think stereotypes are stupid ways of labeling people and you should just be yourself. So do you think its "punk" to wear a tie if your a girl? I just want opions (cuz i'm still gonna wear tie's anyway.) Oh and please don't say that i'm a Avril Lavigne wannabe.

I usually wear a tie with this tight light green shirt, and the tie is black with white dots on it. And its not a fat tie its a skinny tie.

I don't think it means you are a punk. (which, is not a bad thing by the way). But, I think ties on girls is a fashion statement that is over and out. But I love that you want to be different, and not follow the crowd.

It just depends on your look and style. I think it looks very stylish and different on some girls. If your hair is like black or hot pink and you wear goth makeup then you'd definitely look punk. But if you wear more stylish hair and softer makeup, then you'll look chic. Don't pay attention to people, wear what you love and what makes you feel comfortable and unique.

I think it would look great on you if you have a suitable hair style, and dressing clothes. I think that you should stick to your normal dress which suits you instead of wearing ties.
