I have been searching for my brother for sometime, and I searched the state that I knew he was last in. Go to the websites that are municiple court or sheriff sites in the last city they lived in or that you might think they live in . (hopefully you at least have an ideal of a city) maybe they got a speeding ticket or the dog catcher caught up with them. Those sites will at least give you an address ( it is considered public info) Also check local papers on line for their name. ALso intellius will at least give you some free info on all of the cities and states they lived in and you can compare the info you have to make sure it is the right person. and at least you will have a starting point It does take time, but you can do it! also white pages on line is great! I don't know of a site that lets you search for free that would be great, I will be watching this question to see if anyone comes up with one! I finally had to contact a private decective and they ended up with the same info I had gotten! Good luck to you, and happy holidays!
