Limpopo = south africa
nile = egypt, originating in etiopia
zambezi = zambia/zimbabwe border
Congo= zaire
tallest mountain = kilimanjaro in tanzania
not too sure about the largest islands tho.....
zanzibar in tanzania maybe?
not sure if madagascar is classed as an island?
maybe comoros (comores)/ maldives/ mauritius??

The NILE being the longest river on earth passes thru several countries before entering the Mediterranean at Egypt.
Congo [or Zaire] is another. it is the largest in western Africa. Its name will tell u the country i tpasses thru.
Zambesi River
Orange River
