How to enable my network card using knoppix linux?

I have a compq presario c30nr and am trying to enable a broadcom network card using knopix help would be aprecitated than you alot

From the knoppix menu, select network.internet then network card configuration. You will then go through a set-up. If that doesn't work it could be a driver issue, and you can use ndiswrapper to take the windows drivers and essential wrap linux code around them.

I've never gotten a Broadcom NIC to work with Knoppix. Intel and 3Com work pretty well and should configure automatically.
