I've learned you're always better-off getting away from people that don't want you.
If you stay in the environment you've described, your parents will ultimately crush your spirit and ruin any chance you've got at having a normal, healthy, productive life with people that will love you for who you are.
Moving out will require you to figure out how to survive on your own -- and that's the most valuable lesson you can learn in life.

The parents still have parental authority over their children who are still minors under the law. Thus, the Policemen cannot validly keep away the parents from their children who is 16 years old.

I assume you live in the USA. If you're under 18, your parents are under a legal obligation to provide you with shelter unless you have been emancipated. Your legal recourse is to report your parents' actions to your state child welfare office/department of social services. They will most likely work with your family to resolve whatever issues have lead your parents to act this way. The nationwide number 1-800-4-A-CHILD can direct you to services within your state.

If you want nothing to do with your parents, that's your decision. If your parents want nothing to do with you, well, put yourself up for adoption or live with someone else. I'm not sure if that's even legal, but if they are doing something wrong to you put away your fears, live someone else and report them to the cops.
If you want to keep someone away, the Police or FBI will help you.

It depends on why they made you move out. If its for something you did they will try to send you to a kids place but, if its something to do with the parents they'll try to help you find somewhere else to live .... When i had to move out they made me live with my oldest sister.. But really not sure you might still haft to stay with you parents if possible

Your parents are obligated to support you until you are 21 (in NY state, maybe 18 in other states). If you move out they have to pay for it.
