a) in CO the C-O is shortest because it is a triple bond. Then in CO2 where the C-O is a double bond and last in CO3(2-) the bond is between single and double because of the resonance structures.

b) In CO3(2-) C has sp2 hybridization and it is trigonal planar with all bond angles 120 deg because of the resonance structures
CO2 has two double bonds (O=C=O) so it is linear
CO is linear since it has only two atoms

c) CO3(-2) No dipole moment. Due to resonance the three C-O bonds are equivalent and thus (taking into account the geometry )their dipole moments cancel out each other. Note that in HCO3- and H2CO3 you have less resonance structures (1 and 0 respectively) so those molecules do not have equivalent bonds and thus have a net dipole moment.
CO2 not polar because the dipole moments of the two polar bonds are exactly opposite and cancel out.
CO is polar (2 atoms of different electronegativity). HOWEVER the structure is -C:::O+ meaning that the polarity is the opposite of what you would expect just from the electronegativities ( ::: stands for the triple bond))

a)CO has a double bound. other compounds only sigle bound. The double bound is shorter than the single bound

b) the first trigonal planar hybridation sp3 (not sure)
CO2 linear an atom of oxygen left and right the carbon atom
CO linear

c)I do not know for the first

for CO2 the oxygen should be slightly negative

for CO carbon positive , Oxygen negative

B - Sulfur is extra electronegative than Silicone; hence the electrons in the bonding pairs are held closer to Sulfur inflicting a partial adverse cost. besides the very incontrovertible fact that Sulfur and silicon are in the comparable era in the periodic table, the electronegativity of the climate in a era strengthen from left to suitable by using fact the proton form in the nucleus will strengthen yet there is not any substitute in the form of subshells/capacity tiers; hence there is not any strengthen in protecting from the electrons in the indoors capacity tiers. 10 factors? :D
