Most likely but the graphics would be so delayed you would have a hard time playing it.

Meeting the processor requirements is the least of your worries. If your specs are significantly higher in other categories, they can usually compensate. Ram and Video Ram are most important. If they are 50% more than the minimum, you should be okay. Just remember that you will probably have to run the game on minimal graphics.
