What things do you say to a woman that attracts her to you, and not another man in the room?
If you're a ladies man, why do you think you can be catagorized to be that?
Do you keep yourself well-groomed? Do you look in the mirror a lot and make sure your hair looks good? Do think these are important to do if you're a 'ladies man'?
If you consider yourself a ladies man, then you're probably gay and you're full of yourself and no real woman will want you!!!

The term "Ladies Man" can have alternate meanings.
Is he called that because of his promiscuity? If so, here's the question: Why can you not settle with one woman? What psychological dysfunction keeps you searching for a person that does not exsist?
