Well, I doubt he could multiply it so that everyone could have his lifestyle. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't. I'm not much of a math genius, but even I can figure that out.
But, yes he is a socialist.
He is just like Nancy Pelosi. Votes for unions, but won't have any union workers in her vineyard. Bank accounts are similar. Says she doesn't support illegal immigrants, but has some working for her.

No, he is a socialist because he doesn't live in the real world because he is a millionaire. See, Washington elitist's who have millions pass laws and the laws do not apply to them because of their Senatorial or Congressional exemptions. These stupid whacked out laws they pass only hurt people who work for a living and pay taxes. The sponges who don't work benefit from our labor, so politicians feel good at night thinking they are helping the poor. They do not think about how many middle class people are struggling because of it!

Don't hold your breath waiting. Just like when he was asked about all the vehicles he owned during the last campaign - weaseled out, saying they belong to the family, not him - another socialist that wants to force you to live by the standards he stes for you, but that don't apply to him. And by the way, he married 'into' $$$$$.

One of the reasons I stubbornly cling to my notion that the government does not belong in the "welfare business," is that no one who can be elected in our nation (either party), has a clue how the middle class lives.
Let's keep the government out of our business! Can you imagine how much personal welfare you could provide yourself if you got to keep 1/2 of what you pay to Social Security and Medicare?

John Kerry might not entertain socialism for fear of losing his wealth to be distributed to the poor.

No. He is just out of touch with normal people. This is because he has been a Senator too long.
