Depends if you're referring to a Daddy Long Legs in the UK or the US.
The UK version is otherwise known as a crane fly and I guess it would have 6 legs, while the US version is a spider and would have 8.

In America it's a spider, so 8 legs. In the UK it's the crane fly, an insect, so 6 legs.

As any arachnid has 8 legs, so does the daddy-long-leg spider.

Depends on which "Daddy Longlegs." Wasn't there a Fred Astaire movie from long ago where he gave a scholarship to a young French lady and she called Fred "Daddy Longlegs." So he had 2 legs.

If this refers to SPIDERS (HarvestMan): They have eight legs. But, daddy long legs can drop a leg or two to get away from an enemy.
If this refers to INSECTS (Crane Fly):They have six legs.
