i been worknig for a company 4 years and this person work for the and there a relative to the owner of the company since he been in office he talk about behind my back and then have the nerve to act like he didn't do anything and want me to be his friend one minute he would name call and then he would turn around and act likeas if he wouldn't do any harm and go say too me that i could talk to him about anything and he i shouldn't talk to any one else but him cause every body else don't like and think that am suck-up and like my job but my thing is why he alway's starting **** with me i never did anything to him or talk about like a dog like how he do ad be smiling in my face so how would i handle two faced *** cause he never stop bother me because he all ready stated that it is in his nature to start **** cause that what make him feel good and thats what keeps him going by making people miserable so how should i handle this sun of a ***** cause that mother ****** ain't right HELP ME

I would not give this person the time of day.
I would make a point of talking with the other staff and being friendly. I would not say anything bad about him to his face or behind his back.
The other staff are not dumb, they probably have run into the same problem with him, only they aren't telling you.
You are the new kid on the block and he knows he can upset you, cause he knows how to push your buttons.
You have to stop letting him steal all your positive energy and using it against you....to hurt you.
You have to ignore him, and his remarks. Under no circumstances tell him anything about you or your life. He will try to use it against you.
tell him to stay away from you and that if he continues you will talk to the boss... Don't be fooled to think that everybodys sons and nephews are angels and that the bosses think that. He might have already caused trouble there and is looking to do it again.
You must be strong and socialize with the other staff(don't push yourself on them)but be courteous and smile alto....
Let him trip on his own rope and sooner or later he will find a new victim.
he knows you are sensitive, that is why he is bullying you... you have to let him know you will not take this from him and put a stop to it. Take back your power and use it to create some harmony for yourself at work......

BUT---you have to be willing to continue being employed there...they usually require that so the company can have a chance to rectify it....but they'll probably make you miserable "within the law" if you do.
You may find it easier to leave.
